Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Ronda is designed with privacy at its core. We do not collect personal information, we do not require an account, and your recordings never leave your device unless you explicitly choose to share them.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Ronda does not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information
• Location data
• Contacts or address book data
• Browsing or search history
• Device identifiers for tracking purposes

There is no account creation, no sign-in, and no user profile of any kind.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

All data created in Ronda—recordings, projects, settings, and preferences—is stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to us or any third party. You can delete your data at any time by deleting individual projects within the App or by uninstalling the App.

4. Analytics

Ronda uses only App Store Connect’s built-in analytics, which is Apple’s own infrastructure. This may include anonymized, aggregated data such as app crashes, device type, and OS version. This data is collected and processed by Apple according to their own privacy policy. No third-party analytics SDK is included in the App.

You can opt out of sharing analytics with developers by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements on your iOS device.

5. iCloud Sync

If you choose to sync or share projects via iCloud, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data. You can manage your iCloud storage and data through iOS Settings > Apple ID > iCloud.

6. Third-Party Services

Ronda integrates with the following third-party services:

• Apple iCloud — Optional sync and sharing. Governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
• Splice — Optional import of audio loops. When you connect your Splice account, you interact directly with Splice’s service. We do not store your Splice credentials or account information.

7. Children’s Privacy

Ronda does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Since the App does not collect any personal information from any user, it is compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can address the concern.

8. Your Rights

Since Ronda does not collect or store personal data on any server, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete. You have full control over your data:

• Delete recordings and projects directly within the App
• Manage iCloud data through iOS Settings > Apple ID > iCloud
• Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
